Luke 17: 5 & 6

5. And the apostles said unto the Lord, increase our faith.
6. And the Lord said, if ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, (ye might say) unto this sycamine tree, be though plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

God’s word is full of faith, take his word and sow it into your heart by saying it in meditation, out loud to yourself.
The phrase “ye might say” is 3004 in Strong’s Concordance Dictionary. It is the Greek word lego, and it means to [lay forth, i.e. figuratively, to relate in words, usually of a systematic or set discourse].
Or you could say a confession or meditation, repetition.

Keep reading in Luke chapter 17 down to and including verse 10. As we see Jesus did not change subjects, but continued on the subject of increasing our faith. That is you have to keep your (servant) faith working. Continue to confess God’s promise for your situation, don’t give up. In doing so, we can say as in verse 10, WE HAVE DONE THAT WHICH WAS OUR DUTY TO DO.

The word duty is 3784 in Strong’s Concordance, it means to owe, figuratively to be under obligation, ought, must, should. Remember your situation (the sycamine tree) should obey you.

Thank you.
