Proverbs 29:18
Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

The definition of the word vision is 2377 in Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible is – a sight (mentally) i.e. a dream, revelation or oracle.

Spend time in God’s word, meditate in the scripture (speak out loud to yourself).
Ask the Father in Jesus name, to give you a vision. He knows your heart, if you ask in faith, (and you will be, if you have been thinking his thoughts and speaking his words because, faith comes to you by hearing and hearing by the word of God). Romans 10:17

Jeremiah 33:3 states, Call unto me, and I will answer thee (you), and shew thee (you) great and mighty things, which thou (you) knowest not. A vision of good for you, your family, your health, your financial wellbeing. That’s why he that keepeth (to guard and protect) the law (God’s word) happy is he (you).

Psalm 77:6 states,
I call to remembrance (be mindful, make to be remembered) my song (your vision) in the night: I commune (to ponder, converse with oneself and hence aloud, meditate, pray) with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search. Search for what? To bring the vision God gave you to pass.
